30 Days Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams inspect items before shipping, ensuring guaranteed product quality. Please carefully check item information and terms before purchasing.

If you are unsatisfied with received items, contact us for assistance. We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery.

  1. RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:
  • Contact us within 60 days of receiving the item for defective, damaged, wrong size, or dissatisfaction issues.
  • Email [email protected] with your order number and return reason, attaching clear pictures or videos for defective items.
  • Our customer service will provide return authorization, address, and instructions.
  • Follow provided instructions for return/exchange.
  • Refund or exchange will be processed within one week after receiving your package.
  1. NOT COVERED UNDER RETURN:
  • Eligible items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Not covered: lack of sufficient proof of purchase, lost/stolen products, items beyond return period, non-quality-related issues after 60 days, free products, repairs through 3rd parties, damage from outside sources, misuse of products, purchases from unauthorized resellers.
  1. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
  • Once returned items are inspected, you’ll be notified of refund approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within a certain timeframe.
  1. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
  • Check your bank account, contact credit card company, then your bank.

  1. NOTES:
  • Personalized-order: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for 30 days refund.
  • No Restocking Fee: No fee for product returns.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Covered by us for damaged/incorrect goods; buyer bears costs for other reasons.
  1. CANCELLATION:
  • Accept cancellations before shipping or production.
  • Contact us at [email protected] with order number and reason.
  • Cancellation may incur processing fees.
  • Unshipped: 10% processing fee within 48 hours, 30% processing fee after 48 hours.
  • After Shipping: Unable to cancel.
  • Order cancellation not accepted after shipping. Apply for return upon receiving the package.
